How do I make a call?

Dial the number on your Treo (from dial pad, favorites, contact list etc). Calls are not automatically transferred to the headset, even if it is in range. After a call has been placed on the Treo, the user either has to push the talk button on the headset or flip the microphone open (if in closed position) to move the call from the internal speaker to the headset.

This is good for users who may not always want calls to be routed to the headset.

How do I answer a call?

If the headset is in a closed position, flip it open and wait for the headset to ring (could be several seconds after the flip), then push the talk button on the headset to answer the call.

If the headset is in an open position, wait for the headset to ring (could be several seconds after the Treo starts ringing), then push the talk button on the headset to answer the call.

You can also answer the call directly on the Treo, but the call will remain on the internal speaker.

How do I transfer a call from the headset to the Treo, and vice versa?

To transfer a call from the headset to the Treo, click on the headset Cancel button on the Treo. To transfer the call to the headset from the Treo, either flip it open or push the talk button on the headset.

How do I end a call?

To end a call, press the talk button at any time during a call.

What other Call Management features are available?

Call Waiting: You can answer a 2nd incoming call by pushing the talk button, and toggle between the two calls using the talk button as well. When two calls are active, you need to hang-up the calls from the Treo.

How do I pair the headset with my Treo?

With the boom closed, press and hold the talk button for 3 seconds until the headset indicator turns on. Now open the headset boom.

On your Treo, click on the Bluetooth icon in the top left corner of the screen. Then click on Setup Devices, then Hands-free setup, then next, then wait until the headset appears. Click on the headset and when prompted enter the passkey 0000.
